About Loop Z Loop

Loop Z Loop started from a favorite hobby and a necessity for a supplementary income. The name came about from the "loops" you make while crocheting and the first letter of both of my daughters' names.

Loop Z Loop  started out as simple word of mouth sales through family and friends. As it grew, I wanted to share what I could make and do with more people. Thus I registered as an official business and started a simple shop on Facebook.

Loop Z Loop on Facebook has a simple business page with crochet information and a Facebook group to share other crocheter's talents and free patterns. Loop Z Loop has an Instagram to share finished items in one place for all to see. Loop Z Loop has a YouTube. It consists of video tutorials for beginners. Loop Z Loop also has a Twitch. You can see products being made and can request to have your order done live so you can see it come to life.

Loop Z Loop products can be purchased through it's Etsy shop, through donations on Twitch (requires messaging for specifics), or through the simple shop on Facebook. A simple E-mail can also be worked out to get specifics on an order.

About Me

My name is Kelli Mrozek and I am the founder, owner, and sole employee of Loop Z Loop. I learned to crochet at five years old from my maternal great-grandmother. She used to visit and stay with us for a week or two at a time. I have many fond memories of sitting with her, with a crochet hook in hand, as she tied our hair in rags to curl it. From that age on, I do not remember crocheting again until I was in middle school.

I dove head on into the craft and even still have notebooks full of the dreams of a business from the child that I once was. I have crocheted casually ever since, using my craft to make gifts for friends and family. The gift giving continued into my college years as my friends started getting married and having children, I too met the person I would marry and start a family with.

I am now a happily married stay-at-home mother of two beautiful daughters. My husband and I are going to be celebrating our 7th anniversary this September. I never planned to be a stay-at-home parent, but a bad automobile accident while pregnant with my first child changed everything. While I have trouble with pain some days I get to be with my girls for everything they need. I get to teach them and watch them grow.

After a couple years of not being able to find work because of physical restrictions and becoming pregnant a couple more times, I decided to try out a new adventure. An adventure that is something I have always loved to do  and would also give me more time with the girls. With this, I started Loop Z Loop.
